Kinetis? KV3x系列MCU是適用于BLDC、PMSM和ACIM電機控制應用的高性能解決方案。KV3系列器件采用運行主頻為100或120 MHz、帶DSP指令集和浮點運算單元的Arm? Cortex?-M4內核,配備兩個采樣率高達每秒120萬次(MSPS)的12位模數轉換器(ADC),多個電機控制定時器,64至512KB閃存,以及來自原廠和第三方的全面支持套件,包含基于恩智浦嵌入式軟件庫和電機配置工具的面向ACIM、BLDC和PMSM電機控制的參考設計。嵌入式軟件和電機控制庫。
